Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the digital is downloaded, the software license key is viewed/delivered, or the subion is activated.

2. Digital Documents and Software Licenses

  • No "Change of Mind" Refunds: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong product by mistake, or lack the technical expertise to use the software.

  • License Activation: Once a license key has been issued to your email or user dashboard, it cannot be revoked or returned, making it ineligible for a refund.

3. Software Subions

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your software subion at any time to prevent future billing.

  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subion periods. You will retain access to the subscribed service until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Eligible for Refund)

We will consider issuing a refund or providing a replacement at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the delivery email or cannot access the download/license key due to a technical error on our website.

  • Invalid or Defective License Key: If the software license key provided is proven to be invalid, inactive, or completely non-functional at the time of delivery. You must provide proof (such as screenshots) of the error.

  • Major Defects: If a digital is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.
